Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers through prospecting.
  • Expand customer relationship by selling Freedom’s products and services.
  • Comfortable selling via outbound telephone calls, email, and social media.
  • Managing outbound and inbound calls, e-mails, customer orders, and general workflow.
  • Manage the sales process for new and existing customers while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Negotiate with customers and suppliers.
  • Building relationships with B2B customers.
  • Account management.

Import/Export Specialist

  • Job Overview:

 Responsible for compliant and efficient international trade operations for semiconductor product samples, and test units,with a strong focus on FTZ operations, export controls  and global logistics.

 

Responsiblities:

FTZ & Special Trade Programs

  • Manage FTZ admissions, inventory control, and status designations.
  • Coordinate FTZ temporary removals for testing, destructive analysis, repair, or customer evaluation.
  • Ensure proper documentation, timely returns to FTZ, or compliant zone exits.
  • Support bonded and duty deferral programs.
  • Maintain CBP-compliant, audit-ready FTZ records.
Export Control & Trade Compliance
  • Classify products using HTS, ECCN, and Schedule B.
  • Apply EAR requirements, including license determination and deemed export considerations.
  • Perform denied/restricted party screening and OFAC compliance.
  • Prepare and submit AES filings, including FTZ shipments.

Import Compliance

  • Determine country of origin, valuation, and duty applicability.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers on entries, post-entry corrections, and reconciliations.
  • Support CBP inquiries, audits, and tariff/classification updates.

Logistics & Drop Shipping

  • Coordinate international shipments with freight forwarders and couriers.
  • Manage drop-shipments from suppliers, FTZ, or third-party locations to customers.
  • Resolve customs holds, documentation issues, and shipment delays.

Freight Quoting & Documentation

  • Quote international freight based on cost, transit time, and service level.
  • Complete Shippers Letters of Instruction (SLIs) for freight forwarders.
  • Prepare and review commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

Reporting & Audit Support

  • Maintain compliant record retention for import, export, and FTZ transactions.
  • Support internal, CBP, BIS, and customer audits.
  • Analyze trade data to identify compliance gaps and duty-savings opportunities.
 
Qualifications:
  • Global Logistics: 1 year (Required)
  • Export Documentation: 1 year (Required)
  • FTZ Operations: 1 year (Required)
  • Experience with FTZ operations and temporary removals.
  • Strong knowledge of EAR, ECCN classification, and export documentation.
  • Experience quoting international freight and completing SLIs.
  • Semiconductor, high-tech, or regulated product experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage time-critical shipments.

Accounting Clerk

  • Job Overview:

Freedom Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of accounting experience who is looking to grow within a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.

 

The Accounting Clerk will support both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions while working closely with our sales team and customers to ensure accuracy and timely collections.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices and assist with Accounts Payable.
  • Monitor customer accounts and assist with Accounts Receivable.
  • Send emails to Sales Team to verify purchase orders and resolve
    discrepancies.
  • Email and call customers regarding open invoices and payment status.
  • Email and call customs contacts regarding open invoices.
  • Assist with invoice tracking and documentation.
  • Maintain organized financial records.
  • Support the accounting team with administrative and reporting tasks
    as needed.

 
Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Basic understanding of AP and AR processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable communicating via phone and email
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus
